Perfect skin care

perfect skinIf you want to have a perfect skin you have to make some effort to care your skin. To take care from your skin, you have to pay attention at few esential tips and tricks. Here are some tips and tricks to help you get the best out of your skin.

1) Cleansing – you have to find a good soap to clean well your skin and your skin to respomds well too. You can find a good soap for your skin in any drugstore, and you will spend no more than $40 for a soap for your perfect skin. Also a good advice is to use soap only from the neck down. Anoather way to clean you skin is to use a cream cleanseror a clear cleanser if you have oily skin. In the summer days you have to clean your skin more often than usualy, but be carefoul   not to cleanse too often, because you will irritate. Most women prefer the water method: Use warm water to loosen dirt and clogged pores. Use a dime-sized bit of cleanser, then rinse with cool or lukewarm water. You’ll also want to take off your makeup with a proper makeup remover.
In the morning, a splash of lukewarm water is all you need (we find it’s great for removing excess oils from your nightly moisturizing). Never wash your face with hot or cold water (both can cause broken capillaries).

2) Exfoliate – you shouldn`t skip on this step, because it is a very important step for your skin to looch much better. A recent study showed that the men who shaved every day  have have younger skin. Also if you want to exfoliate your skin you can do this thing  through  several  ways , and this ways are : Microdermabrasion, chemical peels and retinoids. Scrubs work by removing the top layer of dead skin cells that tend to dull your complexion.Another  way to exfoliate your skin is to use Retinoids and this remove the top layer of dead skin cells while also generating collagen in the skin. These are only just a few way to exfoilate your perfect skin and remember it is important for your skin to be exfoliated

3) Moistruize   – while I know of at least one famous beauty editor who swore skin doesn’t need moisturizer, basically everyone else I’ve read disagrees and is an adamant believer in it. A basic law of beauty is that everyone, no matter her skin type, should moisturize. Even if your skin is oily, it will benefit from moisturizers. (The only exception is those with acne). Why? Moisturizers seal moisture into skin (Berg calls this the “Saran Wrap effect”). So how much should you moisturize? Your skin will tell you. When your skin is tight, it’s crying out for moisture. Be careful not to overmoisturize — this can clog pores.

Take care of your perfect skin, and it will take care of you! Keep it clean and treat it well and it’ll look younger and healthier longer!
